NINJA FITNESS CHALLENGE

Do you get out of breath easily? This is for you!

Notes:

Day 1

You will be learning some tips to start jogging today. Make sure you have some good trainers and go slow and gentle to start off short jogging times alternate with walking and building it up gradually. Let me know how you get on in the facebook group.

Day 2

You will be doing lots of jumping today. Make sure you are landing gently and continue to do the video 3 times! Let me know how you get on in the facebook group.

Day 3

You will be doing a Mixture of Burpees, squat Jumps, Fast sprints and Hill runs today. Make sure you have some water near by and do the video 3 times! Let me know how you get on in the facebook group.

Day 4 

You will be going out on your bike today or you can pop to your local gym and use their indoor bikes. I love going out on my bike to a lake near by its so peaceful and relaxing. Today I want you to go steady at first to warm up but then start doing short sprints on the bike to really help increase your heart rate, burn calories and push your fitness. Take some water with you and Let me know how you get on in the facebook group.

Day 5 

So today we are going to turn it up to 1 min rounds and a short 15 sec rest, I'm also including some resistance to make you work on your strength too! Let me know how you get on in the facebook group.

Day 6

Today we are going to down load an app to use its all FREE! Have fun, test your family and friends too! Let me know how you get on in the facebook group.

Day 7

Today we are going to work on a bag or shadow box and use a kettlebell or any type of weight you have at home. Let me know how you get on in the facebook group.
