Hi, if you would like the recipe for the protein bars I mentioned above, here it is...

 

30 grams of protein powder

1 small spoon of natural peanut butter

55 grams per bar spoon of fibre syrup heat in microwave for a few seconds

You can make lots of different flavours just try different flavours of protein power. Just put them in a silicone mould press them into a bar shape and pop in the fridge for a few hours.
