HIIT KICKBOXING WORKOUTS [GET FIT. GET STRONG. BE HAPPY]

Notes:

Hiit training using shadow kickboxing and body weight exercises.

 

Follow along with me for 30 min long sessions including a warm up and cool down.

Below are some shorter 20 min sessions without a warm up if your short on time.

These high impact sessions are great to burn lots of calories in a short amount fo time, build strength and have fun!
