ARE YOU A SNACKER
Trying not to snack can be difficult for some so please see the videos below to help
Snacking can be a big down fall if you are trying to lose weight or maintain a certain weight.
I have found that I tend to snack more if I haven't had a high protein and fibre meal.
Some snacks are healthy and can add to your daily vitamins and minerals. Just remember that they will all add to your daily calorie intake even if they are good for you and this means you will still put weight on if you are exceeding the amount of calories your body needs.
Here are the things I snack on the most if I do have the occasional snack.
