Taking your skills to the next level!
NINJA PAD KICKBOXING TRAINING [GET FIT. GET STRONG. BE HAPPY]
Pad work is a term for using focus pads or kick shields you can also get other types of pads like Thai pads they are very hard and for strong kicks and punches.
Using pads can help you progress your skills to the next level by using more power and starting to experience how it feels to hit an object.
If you have done some pad work before I hope you enjoy the videos I will keep posting in this section to work out with a friend of a family member. If you have never hit a pad before here are a few tips... Make sure you have your hands wrapped and gloves are used to protect your hands and wrists. You will also start to realise that wearing shin and foot protect is also a good idea as you can use your skills on the pads with out holding back in fear of injury.
Pads are held with a good grip and you hold them at chin height. Putting pressure on the pads when holding them other wise they will rebound back and hit you in the face. Watch the beginner videos before attempting any pad work at home we want you to stay safe and protected and understand how to hold them for different strikes.
