Hey let's get skipping!

Skipping is such a great cardio workout and will really help to increase your fitness levels as well as burn extra calories if you do a little bit every day. You could do it as part of a morning routine or as a warm up before doing other videos.

 

Make sure your rope comes up to your chest when you are standing in the middle with your feet on it. Knees should be slightly bent, little jumps that land on the balls of your feet softly. Keep elbows tucked in, keep a straight body and have hands at the same height both sides. Hold the rope with hands angled downwards and try to keep hands by your sides not to far in front.
