So how much and which ones?

So you now know that a high protein diet can help with weight loss and building muscle as long as you are also doing the right training.

 

There are many different types of protein and we do need a good range in our diet. You can also work out the amounts you needs with a simple calculation. If you're doing a lot of weight training you will need to increase this amount though. If you need any help just send me a message!
